Monzo is just great!

I have been using Monzo personal and business accounts for years, and I have no complaints! Everything just works the way it should, customer services are really helpful, and the app and interface are perfect for what I need. The only downside is not having a proper online internet banking portal as when I need to look into our performance and takings, an online screen would be better instead of my phone Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

I have both personal and business current accounts with Monzo and they are just great - support is always reliable and 24/7, always there when I need them. The app is so simple to use yet has every feature I would ever need. Come on high street banks, get on Monzo’s level.. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022
