Convenient and safe

Monzo is a very intuitive banking product that is convenient to use. It clearly displays all your purchases, is easy to track, group, extract and manipulate with notes/receipts and exporting as required. It feels extremely safe with constant but quick and easy verification for online purchases. Although it doesn’t state security as much as the other major credit cards, I feel it certainly has inbuilt it into their system. Their statement of fees feel clear and not overly riddled with unnecessary charges. Although there are no in-person banks, their online customer service has been sufficient especially as there have been no major issues to report. Overall, Monzo has been a great bank to be a customer of. Reviewed on: 24th February 2022
