Avoid.

Damaged roof in the recent storms. Called home insurance. They arranged a surveyor. Day taken off work, surveyor never shows up. Called them the following day to find out what is going on. They declined roof repair and never even told me. Whilst all this time roof is leaking and causing more damage. Still don't know why my roof was not covered either.
