The friendliest bank ever!

I love how friendly Monzo is. When I first opened my account with them in 2019 I was surprised by the easy process and after that, every time that I needed something, the people on the chat were friendly and super helpful. Solving my queries fast and with a lovely tone. Is not something that I had experienced with other UK banks. I always recommend people to open a Monzo account, it's the best.
