How banking should be

I've been a Monzo customer since the very beginning, taking great pleasure in the smooth transition to a full bank and the continued brilliance. From the convenience of being able to conduct all my banking in an app, to the great customer support team whenever they have been necessary, to the unexpected benefit of my Monzo account being a messaging platform when social media sites crash (can I include that here?) I think Monzo is great and continue to recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
