Nationwide kept us in the dark

We were at a dealership trying to pay for our car. Insurance on our car that we were trading in had expired and we were unable to pay for our new one. Insurance Brokers closed for the week-end so unable to extend our insurance. Pin on our debit card was accepted but payment would not go through (we tried 9 times over the course of 4 hours). Left us 30 miles away from home with no car or means of getting cash from the ATM. It was a nation wide problem but not information fro... Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
