Opening a savings account with Shawbrook was very quick and easy. Just about everything you need to know is on the website and I have only had to contact them by phone once. On that occasion the answered the call promptly, were polite and gave me the answer straight away. I'm loving the interest.

Joining Chip and setting up your account on the APP is so quick and simple even a 74 year old techno phobe like me could do it. Great savings rates are a bonus.
