Appalling company! Stay clear!

Shocking insurance company. My sons policy was cancelled because he forgot to top up his mileage! We had no correspondence advising of the cancellation, no hard copy sent just an email saying the policy was cancelled. The customer service is awful and is a mockery for young drivers who struggle to get decent car insurance. The insurance quote may seem initially reasonable but the extra mileage is extortionate!! Daylight robbery. Please stay clear. I went with these merely because RSA had a good reputation, how foolish of me to believe this!! I only wish I could rate this without publishing any stars.
