Walked in to smiling staff, attended to immediately, explained what I wanted, no pressure, all done and dusted efficiently. No stupid sales talk. I was given a leaflet with all the savings you have. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

A warm welcome, followed up with a highly professional, friendly full explanation of how my wife and I could open up accounts with the Society. A very easy and pleasant experience on our first (and not the last) vist to the Queen Street branch. Impressed!!. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

As an 'oldie' it was refreshing to find a Society which allowed access to an individual as opposed to having to do things online which can be a real problem for people of a certain age group. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024
