Easy to deal with and I like that you have a place in Glasgow, also savings rates tend to be generally competitive. One thing I think you could do better is to offer new products and rates quicker into the market and to exist customers rather than lottery, i.e. a number of leading building societies/providers have already done so. Always liked dealing with the Scottish as interest rates are good and also customer service. Only reason I went with another provider for a 23/24 ISA was monthly interest, also not happy with the website. Reviewed on: 5th June 2023
