Professional, helpful, local

Having misplaced my passbook and needing to withdraw funds, my experience in the branch was excellent. We quickly verified my identifty and I was able to arrange a bank transfer. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant customer service!!. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024

Excellent, friendly, accessible

I like branches to go into to be able to speak with someone in your branches. I know the staff, staff know me, friendly staff, very helpful staff, and I like the fact it is a Scottish building society. Perhaps need a bit more interest to keep up with inflation. Reviewed on: 7th August 2024
