Reliable, not loyal

I sent my ISA book to be updated and upgrade my ISA to 5.25% following a phone conversation with SBS. Have discovered book sent is missing and I wasn't upgraded to 5.25%. Other banks automatically offer best rates to customer and change over if they haven't heard from you. Reviewed on: 12th July 2024
