Accessible, friendly, helpful

Like - accessible; branches and access to them; can call branch direct - no call centres; staff know me (Galashiels branch mainly). Could be better - interest rates. Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

I like it because it offers a passbook and I do not have to use the internet. One small complaint - the desk I sat at was blocked in on my side so it was difficult to sit at. Reviewed on: 21st June 2024
