Good introduction to using a card

The fee for having a rooster account has been kept competitively low. I feel my child’s money is safe with rooster and it’s good that I can reward her through the app for achievements and when she goes the extra mile. When I’ve topped up her money she gets notified and I can put the reason why I’m giving her more money. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Fantastic for kids

My 7 year old daughter loves having a card to purchase her toys after working hard to earn them by doing chores for pocket money. It really brings our children into the modern world where cash just isn’t used so much any more particularly after covid. She feels very grown up and I like that I can encourage her to save for bigger and better toys. It’s really given her a boost. I can also choose to reward her with additional money when she’s done something amazing. She is mostly rewarded for acts of kindness so it’s good for helping to teach life skills.
