Most Understandable Information

I have been kept informed of all changes to the interest rate on my account as well as changes to government regulations. That information was written in easy to understand terms and set a good level of expectations for the future. Over the past couple of years of confusion and indecision in the banking world, I have been able to make the required informed choices about allowing RCI Bank to look after my savings profitably on my behalf.
