Wasted time with very little apology

Having moved Home recently, I made an appt to change all my details in the branch. On arrival I made my way to the waiting area and sat patiently as many a staff member walked by. Now 10 min past my interview time I approached the cashier desk to ask why I was still waiting. He asked I take a seat and a colleague would be with me asap. 10 more minutes passed and finally the store Manager approached. NO APOLOGY FOR BEING KEPT WAITING. I was taken into a room and she made a note of my new address on a sheet of paper and stated it would be processed later... One of my cards had expired so she agreed a nrw card would also be issued. 2 months later NO card so AGAIN I returned to the branch to the cashier desk, who apologised as NO card had been requested. Such poor service and so poor I am in the process of closing my accounts Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Awesome interest free period

Virgin Credit Card are offering a Balance transfer Interest free period till 2021... my application was processed within minutes and so very simple to complete. I would reccommend Virgin Money to absolutely everyone I know Reviewed on: 7th November 2017
