Excellent, long term great value

RCI consistently look after me as a long term existing customer. So refreshing compared to the rip off tactics of other banks, giving a good rate for a year then dropping to nothing. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Banking as it should be!

Great honest, up front, helpful non rip-off banking at it's best. The call centre is really helpful. I like the fact that they will actually put up rates rather than just drop them & give existing loyal customers the same deal as new customers. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
