Friendly, fair and wonderfully different!

Refreshingly different to other ‘banks’ in that the journey with updraft feels uplifting not daunting! They really want to help customers get fair interest rates and in turn help them pay off what can be a debt they otherwise couldn’t! Most banks charge extortionate interest if your credit score is not perfect rather than taking each customer subjectively and actually looking at the situation and not just a black and white credit score. Fair play to updraft for breaking the mould and making banking easier and better. I am a very happy customer who feels respected and treat fairly. The friendly approachable language and non formal attitude and wonderful digital platform is also a massive plus! Well done updraft! Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
