Never had any complaints

Have been banking with Halifax since i was 16 and have always found them to be professional and helpful with no complaints. I have always find customer service very good and they have dealt with my inquries quickly with English based customer services meaning no communication difficulties (not always the case in banking). Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
