Excellent personal service

The personal nature of the customer cervice is first class. I don't feel like just a number which I did with previous banks. In particular Helen Gerrard who handles our portfolio takes the trouble to get to know our needs and preferences, and keeps us in touch. Reviewed on: 4th March 2022
