I have been with Nationwide Building Society on and...

I have been with Nationwide Building Society on and off for a few years but back again permanently since 2023. I am very happy with the service I receive in branch and there is a local branch near to me. I like the online banking and the savings rates that they do. I am particularly happy to be part of a mutual building society committed to serving local communities for those that like inperson banking. I do not do inperson banking much any more but it is important to those who can't or won't choose online banking to have a choice of going into a branch. i like the Fairer share scheme for rewarding me for being a member. The staff are good and experienced. I highly recommend Nationwide Building Society. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Good bank

Easy to open online. Branch staff responsive and helpful. Good online bank but the mobile app fails to load at times and limited branch hours are the reason for the 4. Reviewed on: 5th March 2022
