If you are a business Customer, Run in the opposite direction

Have had the worst experience ever! Been trying for 4 months to submit papers regarding their Business Review which must be done online. They are completely useless when you try to phone them. I have been waiting for an urgent call back for 4 days! No one wants to speak to you but they are happy to take your money! and into the bargain, they have the audacity to claim its because they are stopping money laundering..... All they will advise is to look at the Frequently Asked Questions to get the answer we need to complete the process. The FAQs don't cover our query! We could complain till we are blue in the face but they won't do anything. They probably don't even read these reviews! Customer Service is appalling, raising a complaint is pointless. The only way to get them to listen is to vote with your feet. Don't even consider using this bank... run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. I challenge Ulster Bank to reply to this review!
