Great price but terrible customer service

I rarely use my car. This policy is perfect for that. However, every time the car isn't used they send threatening emails and texts that I'm not insured if I drive it. The battery in my car isn't flat as they keep saying as I've had someone check on it. They don't stop sending these emails and texts even when asked not to and it happens every time. Most recently I was told they can make a note on my account that I'm away for about a month but that's the maximum. Even then, within a week I've had another text and email saying they're not receiving signal from the tracker. Massive room for improvement given I'm exactly the kind of user this policy is designed for. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
