Easy to use, but interest and support could be better

I’ve used PayPal Credit for a number of years and found it very easy to use for spreading the cost of larger purchases. The application process was straightforward, payments are simple to manage through the app, and promotional interest-free offers can be useful if you pay the balance within the agreed period. However, once promotional periods end, the interest rates are quite high, so it’s important to keep on top of repayments. I also found that customer support wasn’t always as helpful or flexible as I would have hoped when discussing my account. Overall, PayPal Credit is a convenient product if you use it responsibly and have a clear repayment plan, but it’s worth understanding the costs if you carry a balance beyond any promotional offers.
