Quick, easy and supportive

I found it quick and easy to get my updraft loan. As it’s paid off in direct debits of regular amounts I don’t even think about but whenever I check it’s nice to easily be able to see what I’ve paid off and what’s left to pay. The chat function also makes it easy to talk to them around my work and other commitments. The only thing that would improve my experience is to have a function that allows me to see how much I would be paying if I paid off early without having to go through the steps of paying off early, Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

A rare peace of mind

I’ve struggled with debt for a while now and I had seen lots of ads for updraft but as with any online only banking and finance I was skeptical. However I found updraft to be a great solution to my debt, it allowed me to pay off some of my more expensive debt in a cost effective way. I now just have one monthly amount instead of managing several creditors and it’s easy to track. I like that I can pay more if I can afford it and my money came in quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone as debt can be so stressful but updraft made it simple. Reviewed on: 7th March 2022
