Melton Building Society Branch Review

Improve the method for checking an applicant's current bank account details credentials. I checked out OK personally but my bank did not pass me. When I asked Melton they said they did not know and Nationwide would not tell them the problem - how then was I to clear the problem if I didn't know what it was. I eventually accredited myself by sending in my saving deposit by cheque. Reviewed on: 1st September 2023

I like that you can operate the account by post, via the telephone and not the internet which I do not use for savings, and being smaller is nimble in financial markets. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
