The customer service was in keeping as informed, by phone and letter, at every stage of opening an account, depositing funds and confirming deposited funds was excellent. In particular Chloe was exceptional. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

There was a helpful assistant who listened to what I was asking her. Sorted out the account quickly and contacted me to arrange to collect the passbook. I would suggest that they stay open longer for one day a week to help people who work. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
