From arriving in branch (Burnley - beautifully decorated office!) we were made to feel very welcome. Beverly was very knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the PoA for 2 parents and kindly dealing with complicated account closures/transfers. Thank you for you kindness at a challenging time for our family. Also the documentation has already arrived in th epost so very efficient processing of accounts and PoA.
