Understanding, helpful and non judgemental

My experience with Payplan has been really Positive. I buried my head in the sand for a long time but contacted Payplan as they were recommended to me. I explained that I had to pay my mum a certain amount each month so they recommended a DMP. I went with this and after a year they reviewed my payments and my circumstances had slightly changed so my payments were lowered to be more affordable. They are easy to talk to and quick to help. This has helped me so much and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Fabulous, helpful and friendly

Best Kids Banking

I was looking for a simple no fuss account with card for my 9 year old and this ticks all the boxes. Myself and family can transfer money into her account, I can see exactly where and what she is spending as well as the fact that she can create her own little savings jar and see the benefits of saving.
