Excellent free child's debit card

Upon searching for a debit card for my child, this came up as recommended. It was completely free so I decided to give it a try. I was aware that you couldnt withdraw cash on it, but that is not needed. The only other drawback is that your child needs a phone number in order to have access to the children's app, but my kids don't have phones. It would also be good if family could transfer direct to the child instead of via parent, but it's not a deal breaker.
