Not as simple as you think

Generally the Kenetic Account has been okay. I was repeatedly offered a credit card which I eventually accepted. When I asked (after lengthy period on hold) for a credit raise (my outstanding balance was zero) I was told I had to go through a full business review. I was told I couldn't make an appointment and that someone would contact me within 2 working days. Which they didn't. Finally I spoke with someone who told me the process would take 45 minuted to an hour. I said I had 56 minutes before my next meeting (hence why I wanted to make an appointment - I run a business after all). But I was told 56 minutes was not long enough and someone would call me back. Which they did on 3 occasions- but on each occasion I was in meetings - I may have mentioned I run a business hence why I wanted to make an appointment. So, sadly my experience with Kinetic has been very poor. Complete lack of flexibility or comprehensive of how a small business needs support. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
