Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Good start

I moved to HSBC Kinetic a few months ago and beside a few glitches in their app, no support for Apple Pay on their cards, the bank is responsive via their in-app chat. Overall the experience is good so far, I hope they can detach from the HSBC Business banking platform to offer more "neobank" flexibility and agileness. My Wishlist for the future: Apple Pay, virtual cards, API, Tablet app, multi device access and multi currency accounts. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
