Avoid for startup ups

I signed up to the new Kinetic for Business account as it was advertised for a startup and the benefits of its use with a promotion targeting specifically without any fees. A few months down the line this account became a real pain and still is. I have had bank charges over the roof and when contacted to the customer service they mentioned this is how it will be and the promotional no charge doesn’t apply to over the counter cash withdrawals and atm withdrawals. This was not advertised as the advertisement stated no fees for the first 12months which was really general. I also had issues where staff didn’t allow me to withdraw money over the counter as their regulations weren’t updated for this type of account. Overall a poor experience, would not recommend.
