Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business account:

Best Business Account

HSBC have developed an excellent business account in Kinetic. Application process is very simple and the account was opened in less than 24 hours of application. Kinetic App is fairly easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. Integration with major accounting packages makes life simpler. Partner Offers in the App are with reputed companies and also very useful for business owners. The only issue with the Kinetic account is that it doesn't offer 'View Only Access' to my accountants which would be very useful. Customer service weren't very knowledgeable on this issue and said Kinetic doesn't support Open Banking whereas there is an Open Banking connections option in the App. No problems so far except the minor issues above. No fees per transaction which is great. Very happy with the account overall. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
