Good Experience so far

I have been using HSBC Kinetic for about 12 months now. The app has been fine, there have been some synch issues with Xero but they are becoming much less frequent now (which is great). The app is very easy to use, I have had no issues logging in, receiving money or making payments. I found the customer service by the messaging function very easy also. I recently had to resolve an issue with a lost card and it worked really well! I am really happy with it all at the moment. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Good Experience so far

I have been banking with HSBC all the way back to Midlands Bank! I have nothing but good customer experiences with them over the years! This was my first Business account with them and the first time using an APP only account. Signing up via the app was made easy given that it is a new experience uploading pictures etc. The verifying checks were welcome. Once the account was set up, the card arrival was prompt and using the app is clear and user friendly; connecting it to Xero was straightforward also when you follow the instructions properly!
