Having spoken to lots of different people on the call centre and being irritated almost immediately at the answers and help offered, I finally got through to Denny in Callum’s team ( I had ask to speak to Callum to congratulate him to have such a brilliant team member). Denny was able to make me finally feel heard, within a minute after being transferred 4 times to different people, Denny was polite, friendly and had actual common sense and was able to help me efficiently and effectively, It was a pleasure to talk to Denny who helped me within 5 minutes after hours with other people. But like others have said HSBC is clearly dated, and have not invested into their customer services properly. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
