HSBC without the old way of working

The only way that I can describe HSBC Kinetics is this... It is as if the CEO came in to work and Said, Starling Bank has a brilliant banking format. I want it. Then he set on a group of business consultants to design, develop & build. I then would say that someone who wasn't familiar with a system build or a project plan forced the apps release with a smaller than planned functionality. They then decided to release features slowly and presumably annoying potential customers. The twist in the story is the app however limited by HSBC's standard, longwinded and sometimes pointless process, actually works. Credit card & overdraft applications are an actual breeze! Small business loans are still passed over to HSBC for a 60min application.... but if the plan is to find a bank that is digital with a human touch, it is kind of on the right track. The single worst thing is only being able to have one account per device. I have two accounts and a normal HSBC Business account.... doesn't make my account management easy. The best thing is the simplistic UI along with easier application process for ODs and CCs (compared to standard HSBC Buisness) Its a good account, needs a little more care and attention to detail but works for me and it works well.
