A tragedy of titanic proportions

It’s the reason why airplanes have pilots, when things go wrong, you need a human to help and while Kinetic is a fine product in smooth air, the customer service hours and resourcing is truly shocking and negatively impacted the operations of my business. I simply can’t afford to be locked out for days caught in a viscous loop of undertrained staff. Start spreading the news, I’m leaving today. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
