Really efficient application process and good value proposition

It was a really easy to open the bank account with HSBC Kinetic and was able too start working with the service straight away. The product comes with an option to apply for finance but no hard sell. The chat function was helpful and swift on both occasions I have had to use it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to accelerate the process for linking to quickbooks as the lack of that linkage makes my accounting processes less efficient than they otherwise would be.
