nightmare of accessing

Expensive to set up. Then for the 2 months afterwards i have not been able to access it online. Locked for "technical reasons" they dont understand Every telephone inquiry leads to a promise that someone will call in a few days. Never do. At the time of writing this i have been waiting 30 minutes for a phone call answer. Also a pain is the fact that the investment hub is not available to manage online if your status is a Power of Attorney for the owner. You have to write letters requesting transfers and this takes at least a week. I made a complaint several weeks ago but never heard anything back. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Hopeless customer service

Expect it to take up to 30 minutes to finally talk with a person. Meanwhile you have to listen to awful music and a woman who tells you ever 15 seconds how sorry she is Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
