Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shoddy poor service , someone tried to fraudulent claim on my insurance, and then got told.if I don't respond in 30 days the claim will be on my insurance . I called everyday for 2 weeks and no one knew what was going on, I was on hold for 1 hour calls at a time , and then they just started the process again . DO NOT Insure with this company especially its so stressful and my situation is still unresolved . Reviewed on: 30th June 2023

Simple to set up no nonsence

When something is no nonsence ,something else has been sacrificed to achieve this ... Customer service is close to very poor, no one knows what they are doing and you get passed around departments after waiting a minimum 30mins each time . It took 4 days to just have a fraud case logged! To say it's all online and electronic banking ,even your I'd set up when opening the account .....it stops there ,there's no online customer service , one chat took one day to respond to say "hi" . So you still have to go back to calling someone and a full process . Then having to go to my local branch to pick up my bank card . Initially easy and good to set up and no fuss ....the fuss all comes afterwords . If this can be changed or improved then it would be beyond any other business banking . Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
