Easy to apply and excellent customer service

I started my business 12 months ago, and thought it would be easy to set up a business bank account however, due to the pandemic, this was not the case. HSBS Kinetic was easy to set up, and the support in real time has made life a lot easier for me. The app enables me to bank without any stress, and I feel supported by the back office that sit behind it. Starting my first business during a global pandemic was stressful enough, but HSBC Kinetic certainly made my life easier from a banking point of view, and they deserve to be recognised. Thank you.
