Confused

Very impressed with the service I received in branch and the speed by which I got my passbook , BUT was confused when asked to send a review back in the reply paid envelope which didn’t exsist. So I went to the website as an alternative to simply click the how did we do at the top of the page as per your letter, no such link. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
