Simple and easy to use

The application process was easy - it did take a few weeks to be processed, but I could still easily contact customer services to check the status. Once the account was open, the app itself was so simple to use, and as time has gone on, more and more improvements have been made to the app and its features. The live chat feature is so useful to get quick solutions to any issues or queries. For me, there's nothing missing from the account or the app, it's exactly what I need it to be.
