The most appallinge customers service ever

Want to hang on the phone for 45min? Then another 45 min when the line drops? Waiting for a call back that will never happen? Have your transfer blocked by a random check? Want to be told downright lies by an agent trying to block your transfer? Have the bank phone you up twice at 15 minute intervals to block your account?
