Helpful and efficient service - really pleased

I was a little sceptical about using an online service, but having checked the mortgage offers against other more traditional brokers, I can see that Habito really does offer the most competitive offers from a range of mainstream mortgage lenders. Although the main interface is through an online chat, this worked perfectly well for us - and the team were always fast in responding and attentive. If you prefer having someone to call and speak to direct, this won't be for you - but for me it was fantastic to not have to juggle millions of calls and know exactly where your application is at any point using the dashboard.
