Great bank

Day to day the account is simple to use. In the event I have had an issue Triodos have always helped and resolved quickly. I had to make a large transfer and Triodos took the security of that transfer and my money very seriously and supported throughout. From an ethical perspective I take comfort from Triodos ethos and investments. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Banking with a social conscience

Banking somewhere that has ethical and sustainable practices was really important to me. I moved from one of the major UK banks and of course was concerned that the service wouldn’t be the same! Well it is!! And it means I can bank with a company that shares my values! The only thing Triodos doesn’t do yet it Apple pay! But to be perfectly honest I haven’t missed it!
