No Fuss just helpful

Just 'revamped' my old static caravan - spending a considerable (for me) amount of money. Wanted to discuss insuring it for the "new" value. Very helpful - talking through the various options including a few things I hadn't thought about. No awkwardness, no "we don't do that" - helpful in meeting my needs. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Always there when needed

Always available with advice when needed - especially when income is more restricted than ever before and panic begins to set in. They provide advice and assistance dealing with creditors, helping to remove some of the pressure. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Balance the needs of the individual with that of the creditors

Payplan have helped me manage my debts following being made redundant. They took time to explain all available options, as well as easing the worries I had. What they were unable to advise on, they made absolutely clear so there were no misunderstandings later. They worked WITH me to make sure I was able to maintain my repayments and were instantly receptive to any change in circumstances. Importantly their attitude and help allowed me to rebuild things and not spend the rest of my days worrying about what was going to happen. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
