Proud to be a Triodos customer.

I have been with Triodos for business banking since April 2016 as a self employed sole trader working in music education. The the service has been consistently good, none of the complicated chains of being passed around from person to person on the phone that I frequent experienced with my previous 23 years with Lloyds. I like the transparency about charges and the ethical operation is hugely important to me. I have far more confidence that they will treat me fairly, treat others fairly and operate ethically in their investments. I am pround to be a Triodos customer. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Efficient banking and ethical approach

The online banking experience is reliable and smooth, much less hassle than I have with other accounts such has Virgin One or Lloyds, telephone support when I have needed it has been good, plus I know that the whole operation of the bank has strong and deep ethical approach. I would not change back to any of the more traditional banks. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
