A breath of fresh air

Having switched from a major high street bank in 2016, I’ve never looked back. Monzo’s customer service is fantastically quick to respond and resolve the only two queries I’ve had, and have done so outside of normal working hours. Great visibility on my money, and consistently reliable through my experience. I would recommend Monzo to anyone (and have three of my family members on it already!) Reviewed on: 17th March 2022
